Startupfest | Montreal 2023

Mulli Swing Solutions attended Startupfest 2023 in Montreal, supported by the Merrithew-De Grandpre TME Travel Fund. The event brought together entrepreneurs, investors, and innovation leaders from across Canada, offering a valuable environment for early stage founders to explore funding pathways and sharpen go-to-market strategies. With all four co founders present, Mulli represented Atlantic Canada’s growing golf technology ecosystem while continuing to refine its vision for a smart, sensor embedded grip and data driven swing training platform.

Startupfest provided strong exposure to venture capital expectations, Startup Atlantic resources, and alternative growth strategies such as bootstrapping. Keynotes from leaders including Shopify’s Harley Finkelstein and conversations with fellow founders reinforced the importance of passion, customer focus, and resilience. AI was a major theme throughout the festival, inspiring the team to explore emerging tools that may strengthen future product development and analytics capabilities.

The experience boosted confidence, expanded networks, and strengthened Mulli’s momentum as it continues building accessible, performance focused golf technology.
